I was introduced to blip by a friend (cyclops) as he noted I was putting a lot of photo's on my facebook page - I had a surf and decided that this was a better forum for me to display my photo's. I take my camera pretty much eveywhere with me and i'm trying to be more disciplined in not taking loads of snaps when one will do! I hope that by only being allowed to upload one a day this will focus my compositions!!
I like taking both urban and city scapes, but have recently been focussing on water ways running through cities/towns - I live near York so have been to York, Wetherby, Knaresborough and Leeds and, to carry on the water theme, a few visits to the coast.
I'm very much an amateur, but I love testing myself and trying new things to make my photo's better - see what you think.
