Freelance designer, primarily web UI/UX but also some magazine layout.

Despite mainly using a Sony Xperia Z1 which was purchased primarily for the camera (very large sensor, 4 time the average smartphne incuding iPhones, 20MP with subsampling down to 8MP with enhanced noise reduction) I also shoot with a Pentax K-r (bought very cheap ex-display because it has a built in intervalometer) and ocassionally my old  Olympus E-P1 as I have a Triggertrap adapter for it.

Alongside digital I also very very ocassionally these days shoot 35mm and 120 roll film with a Vivitar V635 and a Bronica ETRSi respectivley. The film photography is mainly black and white which I process and print myself.

I am very keen on building inexpensive add-ons to my various cameras and so far have made a ring-flash, a flash diffuser, a lens baby and a pinhole camera.

I mainly follow a pattern with my posts in that the first paragraph is about the picture and then the rest is about my day and I mainly blip for myself as form of online diary.
