Recently I read a quote from the Dalai Lama that made reference to the fact that we spend all of our time trying to make money at the expense of our health, then we spend our money trying to recover our health, we live for the future but forget to live in the present.

My goal is to take the time to notice the beautiful moments that make up our everyday lives.
