A lot has changed; I'm older but not necessarily wiser, and I'm nearly retired from critical care nursing - a relief after the challenges of the last 18 months. 
I'm a grandmother which is wonderful, and now have two dogs which is not so wonderful when one is Ginger Ninga and the other is a Ginger Whinger!
