I have two sons, I am a husband and a proud owner of a borderterrier. Most days I am also a researcher and teacher. 
 
Photography has filled a space in my life that was previously occupied by music. It’s a whole lot easier to combine family life and photography than it is to combine domestic responsibilities while being a part time wedding/party/hobby musician. I still play bass, guitar and piano. Occasionally I compose or arrange something original, but with photography I can be creative every day.
 
I enjoy most genres of  photography, and I guess I have seasonal habits. During spring and summer I mostly shoot landscape and nature. In autumn and winter I am more into street photography. I also enjoy portrait photography.
