Am afraid the country section of this bio does not allow for my way of life.... I live in two places, obviously not both at the same time. It is a bit like being a swallow. As soon as the weather warms up in Provence I leave and return to West Cork and my beautiful garden.
I have lived in perpetual sunshine in West Africa, for a couple of years, so I have had a healthy sufficiency of sunshine for my lifetime. I love the light in West Cork, it is so sharp. That's, of course, when it is not grey.
I have also lived in a number of places on mainland Europe and the UK.
When I am not in the garden I have my camera in my hand. I contribute most of my images to online commercial stock libraries. I also exhibit my work in France and Ireland,
I have a deep love of nature. I love growing things and seeing them flourish - well sometimes they don't but that's ok too. I like being with people who are sensitive to the the beauty of life.
