I have lived in the Midwest for most of my life, have three grown children and two rescue cats who are often blipfoto subjects. Photography has been a major interest for me since childhood and I love seeing all the wonderful photos posted here. I am a clinical counselor (mental health) and see firsthand the downsides to people's psyches from social media, the current political climate in the United States, and other issues.
