I moved to New Zealand In 2006 and have settled in the stunning City of Nelson at the top of the South Island. My photographic journey started just a few years ago with an Olympus point and shoot, I loved rushing home to see what I'd created and being surprised at the results....the good, the bad and the downright terrible! But I continued on as I wanted to capture images that I would then turn into paintings. I have not picked up a paint brush for some time now as I'm hooked on photography ....or as hubby says obsessed! I blame him for this addiction as he bought me my first DSLR a Canon 7D and then a 5D Mk3. I have now gone full circle and im back with Olympus , hugging a mirrorless OM 1. I’m accompanied on my photography journeys by a standard Poodle, Bentley and more recently a labradoodle, Morgan.
