I have been taking a keen interest in photography since 2011. I started with a bridge camera and attended a landscape photography workshop to learn more about the skill of photography. Following this I moved on to a Nikon DSLR and have been developing my skills . I am now able to spend more time practising and enjoy landscape and wildlife , although I may branch out into other genres soon. I have attended several photography workshops run by John Gravett in Cumbria where I have learned a lot.
I enjoy hill walking and have done this most of my life , I have quite a few other interests which I am now in a position to spend more time on !
I am going to rejoin my local camera club after Christmas , I enjoy the speakers and seeing other people's photos . I do not intend to enter any competitions as I don't think camera club judges are objective.
