I live in Kloof, Kwazulu-natal. I am involved in biology education and produce microscope slides, micrographs and DVD's in an attempt to make the subject as exciting as it really is. To this end I take several microscope images on a daily basis. However, I love to take nature photos at every opportunity.

My passion is my dog, Nailey and my 3 gorgeous marmalade cats. I am married to a wonderful patient husband, who is a vet and I have 2 fantastic grown up kids, Tanith and Dane, and one lovely daughter-in-law, Kerry.
