I am retired and my hobbies are Gardening, Painting mainly in watercolours, Baking/Cooking, Knitting/ Sewing and Walking my Dogs.
I have been a member of our local Art Group in the village I live in since it started in 2010 and am on the committee where I am in charge of publicity and the booking demonstrators.
I'm lucky enough to have a large garden with a veg plot and greenhouse hence my love of gardening.
I love to walk my dogs every day I have a black Patterdale and a Ginger Patterdale cross Irish Fell Terrier who spend their time in summer hunting in the garden for frogs.
I have 2 sons, one who lives very near, 6 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters the youngest grandchild, Autumn, was born in January 2014.
2019 update: First I can add I now have a Border Collie Tansy who is 4 and also I have another great granddaughter and a great grandson. so my sons are 53 and 50, my grandchildren are 31, 28, 26, 24, 7 and 5, my great grandchildren are 12, 4, 2 and 2
My Patterdale Maddy died of cancer at Christmas aged 12
2021 update Feb 26th. my 80th Birthday. 2020 saw us all in the grip of the Covid 19 epidemic with many of us isolated from our families and friends, but Blipfoto kept a lot of us sane and in daily touch with others in the same boat. Blip members became our family who we could laugh, cry, share our fears, have a good rant with and help each other through difficult times.
