Introduced to Blip years ago when I attended a workshop at LPH with John Gravett.
This is my second journal. My first journal It All Takes Time crumbled when life crumbled for me.
Life is still full of ups and downs but trying again.
Now retired, re married and living in Weymouth, Southern England. Re writing my profile having just reached my 365 entries (sadly not consecutive).
I always thought I was a Landscape photographer. Now having lived through the lockdown caused by COVID 19 I find I really like Bird photography. It has been my saviour during lockdown.
If you look through my journal you will see I try my hand at most types of photography from Macro to Milky Way. As I get older I find the world, the natural world, an amazing place.
I mention from time to time in my journal that I have Fibromyalgia. It's nothing life threatening but it can be very debilitating. I go through fairly regular phases of anxiety, depression and pain. General body pain, as if you've been beaten up. That sort of pain.
Fibro is the biggest factor in the mood, involvement and activity of my journal. I'm therefore pretty rubbish at commenting and replying and tend to go through cycles of blipping.
So if you are kind enough to find my journal of interest and add comment then can I say up front thank you I really do appreciate it and like to be involved when I can.
