I live in Solihull in the West Midlands along with my partner Mark and my daughter Sophie. I have been interested in photography in a vague way for years, however I started taking it a bit more seriously earlier this year after buying a D200 and an assortment of lenses from a friend in the Lakes. He found the weight and bulk of the equipment did not sit happily with his regular wild camping escapades. As I don't take everything into work with me every day (!) the majority of my weekday blips are courtesy of my iPhone4.
