I've been taking photos for an age. Mostly Always enjoying it as a pastime.

I normally find taking photos a good way of forgetting everyday woes. They (my photos) don't have to be great but just walking around, looking at things, taking photos of things, can often be a distraction and an antidote to everyday life.

Blipping came courtesy of John Gravett and LPH. I found John and LPH when surfing the net one lunchtime at work and am very glad I did. John runs great photographic courses in a most stunning location. Highly recommended.

I'm not a natural writer, blogger, Blipper by any means but have joined Blip on the back of Johns recommendation. Its a great community and one I have quickly found inspiration from.

Please feel free to comment on my photos, especially the non snapshots. I am very interested in what makes a photo appealing to others and what makes it less so.
