Happy New Year 2018 and a few changes are afoot. I won't bore you with that, suffice to say Iife really is too short and given we dont know what's around the corne. Going forward I intend to really embrace mindfulness, particularly living in the moment (and we can see that in and learn that from all our beautiful pets and animals). Further I intend to keep things in perspective.

A final word, whoever said you can't learn anything from watching TV was talking 'through a hole in their head'! I recently discovered Cicero from a passing comment while watching the American show Good Wife.
