I don't live in a city as I stay on a croft in the hamlet of Tarbet in Sutherland. I have sheep and hens and two Border collie dogs called Roy and Mac. My hobbies are gardening, knitting, patchwork, photography, jigsaws, spinning and I have tried most crafts including silk painting.

Update.  I have now left the croft in Tarbet and living in East Kilbride.  I lost my husband five years ago and it was very lonely in Tarbet and the garden and life there was getting too much for me. I am now nearly daughters and they are a great help to me when I need it and I love seeing them and my grandson every week. This has definitely been the right move although I do miss the view of the Sound of Handa.
