Until yesterday I ran a b'nb called Le Couvent here in the heart of the Languedoc. It's been a wonderful 9 years filled with even more wonderful guests, but now my partner and I have decided to take a sabbatical and build a brand new house.
When I worked in London running from studio to studio in Soho, I never dreamt my life would end up here. But it has.
I'm intrigued to find out what comes next.
