A lot has changed in this past year. I am now single unexpectedly and finding my own truth again.  And my freedom. I am spending more and more time abroad in India, France, Qatar, Turkey and this year Corea (which my friends there do want to have spelt with a C and not a K). I now have two beautiful little grand daughters and my eldest son now lives in the UK again having lived in Washington for two years and my youngest is back in New Zealand. I am still cycling but need to get a few more miles in again!! And I have been dipping in and out of this community but always attached to it and always so grateful to be welcomed on whatever terms and whatever frequency. I love you lot!
