On the occasion of my 1825th blip (i.e. 5 years), I have decided to change my avatar to a selfie in the hope that you might say hello if you see me around:-)

Update - late 2019

I was diagnosed with AMD (Macular Degeneration) in 2017 and my sight has become progressively worse since then.  I struggle to hit the right keys on my keyboard so have reluctantly had to turn off Comments.  However I hope to be able to continue to post a picture most days and write a short journal entry and still enjoy looking at all the other photos from blippers around the world.
