I did my Post graduate in graphic art (Printmaking). Presently, teaching printmaking as reader in the University of Visva Bharati, Santiniketan India.
I got my first SLR camera in 1994, and working with the medium of photography since then. Presently I am working and doing research on alternative photography printing process, particularly gum dichromate, salt print, P.O.P and silver chloride/bromide gelatine emulation. I am addressing the process in terms of photography with a broader visual perspective.
Now I have a digital slr, I make documentary but not like a journalist.
