Fish and Chorizo Soup

Got a new cook book at Costco yesterday. Hugh's 'Fish' book. We already have the 'Meat' one which is rather fab and hopefully the fish one will prove to be as useful and informative a resource as the other. Anyway, the soup was amazing, and is apparently a bit of a Portuguese thing so hopefully when we go on holiday in a few weeks this is the sort of thing we can expect to dine on, if not actually make.

Finally managed to conquer RUSE, took a bit longer than i expected but at least it is over now.
