Biker Boys
Another busy day galavanting for me today ;-) I was away to The Papetiere (Paper Mill Shop) to help make wedding invitations with the rest of the family. We had a great time - in between some minor injuries and the constant threat of Bridezilla condemning our best efforts as rubbish and making us start again...(I jest, she'll kill me if she finds out I've called her Bridezilla publicly - that's our pet name for the beautiful bride-to-be just now). Making the cards was very therapeutic and relaxing; something I could definitely take up as a hobby I think. It is a whole new shopping experience; who knew there were so many little cutters and sticky things in the world?? The girl who was tutoring us on the way of the card-maker mentioned that they also run kids' classes in the summertime so I think we'll definitely be taking the kids along for some crafting fun.
By the time I got home, Philip had already made his plans for escaping this evening. His wee brother picked up a new mountain bike yesterday and, along with our brother-in-law, the three muskateers are away for a mountain adventure (hopefully not Brokeback Mountain?) You can see the look of desperation in Philip's eyes as I'm making him hold CJ on his precious bike for this blip: "Woman, you've been out all weekend - I MUST get out of this house".
Thanks for the kind comments yesterday about Miss H. She's got the tonsilitis (sp?) again so we'll need a wee trip to the Dr tomorrow - I think this is the third or fourth time she's had this over the last year so I reckon it'll be a tonsilootimee for her.
