For devotees of Rick Stein, the view out of the window will probably give away that I was at his cookers school in Padstow today. I was on the Far Eastern Odyssey course and this is one of my attempts during the day.

This is a bowl of "Singapore Laksa with Prawns and coconut milk" and contains

Laksa Paste (dried Shrimp, Kashmiri Chilli, shrimp paste, lemongrass, candle nuts, macademia nuts, cashew nuts, garlic, galangal, fresh turmeric root, shallots, coriander seeds, oil)
Prawns
Oil
Coconut milk
Palm sugar
Fish sauce
Rice noodles
Bamboo shoots
Bean sprouts
cucumber
Spring onions
Crispy fries shallots
Mint
Coriander
Lime Juice
Birds Eye Chilli

And it tasted very very good
