One size fits all?

There is not only a lot of cultural difference between East and West, it is also biological. Here you see our second engineer donning his firefighting suit for a firedrill this afternoon. Assistant engineer Jungku is helping him. Can you imagine Jungku fighting a fire in this suit? Or Steven in a suit of Jungku's size? Since we cannot have all different sizes on board, we had to make a choice. We decided to go for the large sizes however, despite the Malaysian crewmember problems if they have to wear them.
