God save me from DICK HEADS

The day got off to bad start, arrived at Northampton station in good time for 0950 with FIRST CLASS tickets to London Euston.
The train arrived on time but was full to the brim, standing room only in first class.
Not a happy bunny so decided to catch a later one which as it happened was only a 15 minute wait so no real harm done.

After a long day and theatre vist to see "Ghost Stories" which was also CRAP, well for me it was, it was a quick dash back to Euston.

Would you believe it, the bloody train drivers were going on strike at 2200 hours.
So Jane and I plus about a million DICK HEADS made a mad scramble to get on the last one before the strike starts.

We were in first class but so were all the Rugby supporters.
Thank God we won.

London Midland train service is THE PITTS.

Virgin is quite a bit more expensive but worth every penny.
