Carnation

Humbled by all your lovely comments - thanks to all ;-0 - and the two favorites, and at the same time emboldened by yesterday's comparative success, I wasn't sure about a blip for today. I'm not especially competitive, but did enjoy being in the spotlight ;-0

The little bowl of pure white carnations caught my eye a few minutes ago, and I thought, "Well, I can't do better than the Anhinga, so might as well just blip what's right in front of me."

Must confess to a bit of cropping and also a tiny bit of edge blur today. I'm learning about fiddling with photos in IPhoto on my Mac, but seldom do more than just crop.
