Spiral

Seem to have been chasing round in ever decreasing circles today - so the spiral sums it up quite well.

Work is busy, we've had three cold chain failures in the past 2 days, all from the same supplier, dispatched to different sites. Irritating, expensive and introducing significant risk where our job is to minimise it :(

Response from the supplier "I simply don't believe we are at fault, there's something going wrong at your end" - very helpful.
