The proper answer is the theme of this weekends work blip challenge. The reality is the word that was coming out of Mr Crafty's mouth this afternoon not long after I'd threatened convinced him to become a one man geek cheerleading squad using PS3 move controllers in the absence of any pom poms in the house.

Mr Crafty would like to apologise for the dodgy looking E, apparently not an easy letter for someone with balance issues :-)
