as promised yesterday (when i had my moaning head on) i went for a ride today. 40 miles on the fixed gear. my legs didn't hurt, just my hands from hauling on the bars up so many hills.
when i got back i cleaned my bike after being inspired to do so by mr. treehouse's blip of a couple of a couple of days ago

it rained on the ride but hey, it was in daylight.
