A Korean artist, Lee Lee Nam, takes famous paintings (both Asian and Western) and animates them. Wilting Van Gogh Sunflowers and helicopter gunships appearing out of traditional mountain landscapes are fun! I personally like Grandmother with a Pearl Earring.

There was an installation where various motifs (FA-18s, butterflies etc.) were projected onto a giant blouse. The boys were keen on intercepting them.
