Don't go hunting snowdrops
Something large could fly down right over your head and frighten you half to death.
I went up to my dad's today and took my son with me. I had thought of taking a shot of the snowdrops on the hillside before they die off, but I didn't get that far. This pheasant seemed to want its photograph taking. Not a brilliant shot, but it will have to do for today's blip.
This bird is a regular visitor to the garden. It comes to the backdoor every morning for its breakfast. If it hasn't already been put out, it taps on the door.
