Chocolate Orange Muffins

Yeah, so I've been baking again. Now that I've discovered how much fun baking is I can't seem to stop. It's so therapeutic and satisfying to take a all the different raw ingredients, flour, butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate and see them all come together to produce this gloriousness!
