Trees
I woke this morning clear headed with all signs of the migraine gone to find blue skies. sun in the sky and a distinct hint of spring in the air. So after some - well a lot - of coffee I grabbed the DSLR and seized the opportunity to head over to the park for a walk. There were lots of photo opportunities with folks out walking their dogs and the daffodils starting to sprout through but predictable as ever it was the trees that caught my attention - after all it's been a week or so since I've photograhed one and I'm getting withdrawal symptoms - lol!
After a very peaceful and refreshing walk I paid a visit to my aromatherapist for a relaxing massage. So now I am incredibly chilled out and looking forward to a good nights sleep. I'm also very hopeful that the mix of oils used will have put an end to the migraines for a while. Today there is much to be thankful for: good coffee, good weather, coming spring. trees. massages
