Optical Illusion?

I bought a little square frame for the card I gave Sav for Valentines as I like the picture, entitled " Love Tarts ". However, when viewed without the kitchen light on, or without the flash, doesn't it look out of shape? Not sure the photo does it justice as it seems more accentuated the more I look at it in reality!
