Blackford Hill was windy this morning, Juno met some other dogs and I chatted to the owners.

Work was a greatness of goat herding.

Went out for a lunchtime run, felt great and really enjoyed it.

Met an ex colleague for a chat and tea afterwards,

Continued the running home sequence, wet sweaty stuff from luchtime unfortunately to get changed into.

A very quiet house tonight, all just chilling.
