Spring has sprung

As predicted on Monday when I did my pansy blip, the daffodil in the front garden has sprung out. It had appeared yesterday and did look cool with water droplets on it but I wanted to do the climbing shot so I saved the daffodil for today.

The sun is out, the car said it was 16C (it had been sitting in the sun), the outside thermometer says 12C (it isn't in the sun), there were people in Tesco in strappy tops and sandals and I drove past a roundabout covered in bright orange and purple crocuses (crocii?). Is winter over? Or will it be dull and raining again tomorrow?
