Flowers on a sad day

I bought some lovely daffs today. I always have flowers in the house they are so cheering.

Today is a sad day as we are attending a funeral of a family friend who died rather suddenly. So sad for Norman's family. He was such a lovely, lovely man. My father in law has been ask to be one of the coffin beares, he feels very honoured to be asked.

We will be toasting Norman later with a glass of something.
