Children do love boxes, don't they?!

My first attempt at having a really good play around in GIMP.

My main lesson learned: Gaussian blurs are a good way to hide mess!

Not sure if I like the result or not, even though it is pretty much was I was trying to achieve... But at least I'm feeling a lot more familiar with GIMP and photo editing.

I'd also like to wish my good friend Paul a very happy birthday today, too :)
