Lapwings

This is the final photo out of three contenders. The first was a Little Grebe, but after cropping the photo left a lot to be desired, this was the second, and the third was a Greenfinch at the top of my garden, but it was just that little bit too far away for a good shot. So today the lapwings of Cliffe Pools prevail. Today has been a good day so far. :)
