A city in ruins

On the 22nd of Feb, as I'm sure most of you know - my city was struck by another large quake. The first quake, in Sep of last year, miraculously no deaths.. this time we were not so lucky and so far the death toll is 98.

much of Christchurch still has no water, or power and our central city is all but gone. Rescue teams have rescued some people from rubble of buildings fallen, but the death toll is expected to reach over 200.

Schools are closed until further notice, as are most work places.
