The saga continues

So, I sent my old phone back to Virgin on Monday in the pre-paid envelope they provided. Today it arrived back at Buckley Hughes Towers: the clever people at Royal Mail must have misread the address. Or just delivered it to the address that's biggest on the envelope.

Virgin have advised me to highlight the To address a bit more and post it again.

I think I'll be seeing the envelope again, don't you?
