End of an Era

They are demolishing the old Somerfield supermarket in St Ninians, Stirling, Scotland. It is making way for a smaller Lidl supermarket. Before it was taken over by Somerfield, it was a Gateway supermarket and before that Fine Fare. The early origins of the site were - I think - a nailworks! I think it then became a garage for Reekie Motors selling agricultural equipment.
