To housework or not to housework!?

Today has been one of those days where I've done all the things I shouldn't ...

Bake (means I eat goodies I shouldn't)
Spend a little longer online than I should
Let little Miss F sleep snuggled up to me on the sofa (means housework get abandoned!)
Chips for lunch

And none of the things I should ...

Housework!
Made sure the kids have had their 5 a day!
Housework!
Housework ...
& a little more housework (well there are still a few more working hours left in my day)

However it's been a lovely day with the little ones! It's been raining & miserable all day so I've relied on my little one's for a blip so I've taken plenty of pics of them! You may begin to notice the absence of my eldest, to him i'm just 'so embarrassing' & he'd much rather be out with his buddies than spend time with me anymore & as a parent i'm slowly, very slowly, but certainly surely cutting the apron strings ... strand by strand! He's a good kid though and i'd much rather he was out and about than stuck indoors on his X-box which is where he'd sometimes rather!

Anyway, i'm babbling ... thanks for all your well wishes yesterday. I'm still not feeling 100, but nothing has of yet developed! I don't know which i'd rather tbh it'd be nice to just get it out of the way!

Well the housework is beckoning! Oh the joy :o) & the shortbread is calling me, quiet little whispers but I can still hear them! I'll have to bang the music up!
