My first Blip- A Dragonflies compound eye

I am now a member of Blipfoto..!! :) Here is my first EVER Blip, hope you enjoy! :)

I decided to get out my USB microscope I got for Xmas today. I have my own Min-Museum with lots of interesting specimens such as fossils, dead insects, dissected owl pellets etc so I had a look at those through the microscope. After narrowing it down to two pictures, I eventually chose this photo of a Common Darters (F) amazing compound eye.
