Brass Knocker!!

This ornate door knocker adorns the front door of a building
in Malton. The sign above says that the offices are presently
occupied by a firm of solicitors.

In the past this building was the Inspiration for the offices
of Ebenezer Scrooge in the Dickens novel. A Christmas Carol.
As i was unable to get both the sign and knocker as one
I made a collage of the two.
