Thai flag proudly flying in Crail

In the village of Crail there's a local resident who has an amazingly vast flag collection and each day there's a different one on display. A little case on the wall has a drawing of the flag and details of what they represent.
This morning it was Thailand, and (as I'm backblipping to catch up) later in the week I spotted the plain green flag of Libya.
We've been worried about the flag owner recently as we'd been here in October and there were no flags flying and we feared the worst, but maybe he was just on holiday.
