"what are we having for dinner?"

This photo makes me smile. Mr. S was not at all happy about the rice and chicken for dinner. He tends to be a little dramatic at times. He did manage to try it and actually eat it all. It did have some of his favorite things in it -rice, salsa and chicken, it just didn't turn out the way I planned.

Note to self: brown rice takes much longer to cook than white rice.
