Pollen aka Headache

Spring is in the air, unfortunately along with the pollen comes sinus headaches, which with me can lead to a low grade migraine, which leads to medication.

But I am enjoying the longer daylight time and the warmer weather. My body will adjust, just takes longer the older I get.
