Guess the dessert!

Fab meal tonight cooked by our friend Jay. He pushed the boat out and we all sponsored him to run the marathon. It was absolutely delicious and I managed to eat at least half of all of the four courses! This is the only sugar curl that survived the collision with the risotto pan and Jay gave it to me! He loves me!!! Well I am his OMG Mother!
The divinely, delicious dessert was a baked chocolate mousse with crystallised fennel and physalis... Yum!
