strange picture

This is a cafe near us.
We come here every now and then.
We eat different things.
breakfast, lunch, dinner. all good stuff.
But, we have never been here without talking about this picture, who are the people? what are they doing? And why? WHY? would you have it in a cafe?

Yes i do know from this angle it looks like its on the floor - i was drunk at the time of taking. And its actually me who is on the floor.
